Dorie sent this link to me. I thought it was so good, that I would share it with all my readers.

Hip Hip Ho Ray for Kelly !!!!!
KSP Christmas Party

Wanted to let everybody know how the KSP "Annual Christmas Party" went. It was great.
What we did this year was take all our employees and their mates to the mall. A few of them thought we were taking them to Dave and Busters, but that was not to be.
What we did was give everybody $100 to buy themselves a Christmas gift. The rules were that they had to buy for themselves and that any money left for the $100 they had to give back. They had 1 hour to shop and after that we met at "Wood Ranch BBQ" for dinner. it turned out to be a good time. Here are some picture at dinner and a few of what they bought. I want to thank all our employees and families for being part of my life and company. Thanks everybody.
Back in Town
Ok, so I had a great time in Florida, but now I am back home. The week flew by. Saturday December 8th, We met with a few of our Victory Riders Motorcycle Friends at the bike show in Long Beach. We met for lunch at Dave's BBQ. It was very good.

After lunch we went to the Long Beach Convention Center to check out the new bikes. Dorie is checking out the new "Vegas Low"
They also had a big crowd checking out the new Victory Vision. It is their version of a touring bike. Dorie and I had lots of room and it is very comfortable.
Victory commissioned Cory Ness to customize a Vision . He is the bike designer who created my Jackpot.

After that we walked around and looked at all the accessories. We saw some heated Gerbing "Classic" gloves in size large and small that we liked. Hint hint....
One last thing we saw and think would look cool on one of our grand sons.Well that was the show and that is the end of this post.
Until next time, thanks for looking.

I got dad out of the house and to the golf course
It 's been a week since I got here. Time is flying by

Today I got dad to go to the golf course with me. He drove and I played. We had a great time, he said so. He even commented that it was almost as fun as him playing himself. Here are some pictures we took.

This golf course is on the site of an old army fort called Fort Hamer.
Dorie and I used to go water skiing with my cousin Tim on this river that is adjacent to the golf course. He told us that there were alligators and snakes in the river as we skied.
I am sure that they were there we just never did see them. We did see this guy about 10 feet from where my ball landed on the 16th hole. Yea I know , I am not supposed to hit it that close to the water.
Hey guess what i get to do tonight. Dad and I are going for the early bird senior citizen dinner at the Lone Star steak house.

Thanksgiving day
Thanksgiving day was nice. Started the day with my obligatory "Thanksgiving day" golf game. I went to a course called the Preserve.
We then went over to Norma's for the feast. Joe made a great antipasto plate that you see Pam
standing in front of.
We had all the traditional items, like home made mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes.
They were yummy as the expression on my face tells.

Even Norma has that "I ate too much" look in her eyes!
Betsy made a couple of Paula Dean deserts. Not one for pumpkin, but the pumpkin, pecan desert was pretty good.
After that, a few of us retired to watch football, while Lori, Michael, Norma, Betsy & Pam played a spirited game of dominos.
The evening ended back at Dad's watching USC kick the crap out of ASU.

Want to end this post with a big thanks to Aunt Norma. Hard to imagine that as kids we thought this little lady was sooooooooo mean. LOL
I missed being with everybody in California.

Florida, here I am

Ok, got to Florida A-OK. Dad picked me up from the airport and we drove back to his house to check on his dogs. We then had went to a little Greek restaurant for dinner.
After that we went home and had a contest to see who could fall asleep in a chair the fastest. I think dad won, but I was a close second. I guess I am my fathers son. LOL
Woke up pretty well rested. The weather is very pleasant.
Was greeted by this little person.

"In the beginning.........

Well, I was sitting here at my desk and reading and seeing the really cool things that Brandi, Mike and Kelly are sharing and showing in their blogs and thinking wow, I wonder if I could do something like that.
Life is pretty crazy right now and I think this might be very good for the soul. I am getting ready to do something that I have never done. Take off from this business that has been my life for 25 years. Yes, I am leaving all to my trusted business partners/aka employees and going to Florida to spend 2 weeks just hanging out with my dad. Man, that even sounds weird. Hey I go something written and ever added a picture.
Well I don't want to get too carried away with a first post, so I will call this good. Anyway I need to get packing for my trip. Kelly has graciously offered to drive me to the airport at 4:45am.
